L’Fonzo Cameron
L'Fonzo Cameron is an acclaimed author, community leader, and entrepreneur with a career spanning over 40 years in community service and advocacy. He is best known for his influential book, Black Moms Can, which serves as both a manifesto and a call to action for empowering Black families and communities.
Cameron is also the founder and CEO of Inclusion Solutions Incorporated, a recently launched company that uses AI technology to revolutionize access to economic opportunities for marginalized communities. His business model emphasizes turning Black mothers into shareholders and leaders in industries where they are the major consumers and influencers.
Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, Lee F. Cameron cultivated a deep passion for community development and social equity. He began his career as a tax accountant for a major transportation company in Chicago before transitioning to entrepreneurship, where he founded a successful courier company. His company partnered with organizations like the Safer Foundation to provide employment and training opportunities for ex-offenders.
For over two decades, Cameron was instrumental in shaping community programs as the founder of Community Advancement Initiatives, Inc in 2005.Through his writing, leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures, L'Fonzo Cameron has made significant contributions to advancing equity and inclusion. His work continues to inspire individuals and organizations committed to building stronger, more prosperous communities.

Mattie Cameron-Price, M.Ed.
Board Member – Inclusion Solutions Incorporated (ISI)
Mattie Cameron-Price brings over three decades of front-line experience as a professional classroom educator, having served students in both the Gary, IN public schools and the Cleveland, OH Metropolitan School District.
Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education, Ms. Cameron-Price has also earned multiple certifications in Reading Instruction and Guidance Counseling and has participated in advanced training programs across the country.
At ISI, she leads the organization’s Homeschooling & Digital Learning Committee, focused on building internet-based learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of marginalized students and families. Her expertise, leadership, and passionate advocacy continue to guide ISI’s vision for inclusive, tech-enabled educational equity.
Adolphus Green, Esq. – Legal Counsel
Board Member– Inclusion Solutions Incorporated (ISI)
Adolphus Green, seasoned business leader and legal strategist, has a professional background spanning corporate law, marketing, and insurance. Attorney Green built a distinguished reputation in the insurance industry, with expertise in underwriting, property and casualty, brokerage services, and private legal practice. As a Workers’ Compensation Arbitrator for the State of Illinois, he successfully adjudicated complex claims with fairness and integrity.
Having a deep commitment to justice, business ethics, and inclusive economic growth, Green brings invaluable insight to the board of Inclusion Solutions Incorporated (ISI). His ability to navigate legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks plays a vital role in guiding ISI's mission to empower underserved communities through innovation, access, and equity.
